More than 17 years ago I wrote a love letter about blogging. It won an award, I re-published it and, for some time, it appeared on digital media writing program syllabi. It reminds me of who I used to be (the picture is from that time) and the beliefs that drive me. Blogging has certainly changed.
Today, I still write blog articles for extremely focused audiences on topics I care deeply about. I wouldn’t use the same language or style today, but I hope I could still summon the good faith that I wrote this with. What positive do you need from your past work today?
